Workout Schedule & Class Descriptions
Monday - Friday: 6AM & Noon
A typical class will run 30-45 minutes
Warm-Up: 10-15 minutes
Movement Clinic: 10-15 min clinic on the movements to make sure everyone’s form and function is on point
The Workout: 6-20 minutes long. When working out, it's all about time under tension, so we condense our classes to short workouts, but keep every individual working at their maximum effort for that period of time. This produces the best results. There is no need for long, strung out workouts when training for fitness - the workouts are quick and the results speak for themselves.
