50 minute & 30 minute two-on-on personal training sessions. We also offer specialized fitness analysis services to help you determine your current fitness and body composition level.  Personal Training can be done one-on-one and at a time and day convenient to your schedule and needs.

Armand started picking up weights before he could walk, and he has barely put them down since. He has an extensive background in fitness, specializing in muscle growth, strength gain and overall health. Armand is an NASM certified personal trainer and an accomplished powerlifter.

Armand lives the life he coaches to his clients, guiding them through their fitness journey inside and outside the gym. He has a strong passion for fitness and his personal dedication comes through in his sessions. Armand’s training style incorporates fun, vigorous, and high-intensity effort with a foundation of proper movement.

Aside from Armand’s passion for the gym, he enjoys music, cars, animals and good food.

It’s a lifestyle. I love healing people achieve their fitness goals and live an all-around healthy lifestyle. I enjoy working with all levels of fitness, young and old alike. I am passionate about helping those are new to Pilates, fitness in general, seniors, and rehabilitating injuries.

It’s a lifestyle. I love helping people achieve their fitness goals and live an all-around healthy lifestyle. I enjoy working with all levels of fitness, young and old alike. I am passionate about helping those are new to Pilates, fitness in general, seniors, and rehabilitating injuries.

When I’m not working, you will find me outdoors, running, biking, hiking, kayaking, and doing just about any other outdoor activity. I love Pilates for its capacity to help people training for basic functioning or accelerating elite athletes to perform optimally. I also enjoy playing piano and listening to live music.

Jami

Jami has over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry with nine years as an ACE certified personal trainer. Jami has a diverse and extensive background in sport and education. Jami specializes in injury rehabilitation, weight management, sport specific training and general fitness.

Jami has over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry with nine years as an ACE certified personal trainer. Jami has a diverse and extensive background in sport and education. Jami specializes in injury rehabilitation, weight management, sport specific training and general fitness.

Jami is a certified tennis professional who played at the collegiate level, and has coached and taught tennis lessons for over 20 years. Jami is also a certified occupational therapist, which adds to her expertise in health and wellness.

Jami believes in improving clients’ quality of life as an educator, motivator and designer of personalized fitness programs and strives to make programs engaging, successful and fun. In her free time she enjoys hiking, reading, playing tennis, walking her dog Daisy and spending quality time with family and friends.

Jami is also a published poet and author. Her book Sports For Life; The Fruits of Play and Competition, is an inspirational and motivational book for the young and young at heart.

Lily

Lily is an NSCA certified personal trainer and began her fitness career as a strength and conditioning assistant for collegiate athletes. She specializes in functional strength, fat loss, balance, agility, and flexibility.

In addition to her personal training career, Lily is a professional ballet dancer with the Continental Ballet Company. She specializes in functional strength, fat loss, balance, agility, and flexibility.

Lily is an NSCA certified personal trainer and began her fitness career as a strength and conditioning assistant for collegiate athletes. She holds a Bachelors in nutrition dietetics and music. She works with clients one on one and also leads group fitness classes.

Lily is also a piano teacher at MacPhail Center for Music, and she is an outdoor enthusiast who loves to travel.

Matt

Matt works to help his clients achieve comprehensive health and fitness, ensuring that they have all the resources possible to improve their health, performance and quality of life.

Matt is a nationally competitive powerlifter and was the United States Powerlifting Association’s Minnesota State champion among all weight classes. He is an ACE certified personal trainer and has been training clients since 2010. Matt’s areas of emphasis are strength training and body competition, helping clients become stronger and more capable.

Matt works to help his clients achieve comprehensive health and fitness, ensuring that they have all the resources possible to improve their health, performance and quality of life.

Matt’s favorite hobby is what he gets to do every day at work – sharing his passion for health and fitness.

Michael

Michael specializes in weight loss, lean muscle mass and strength gain, sports specific, special population, and overall health and fitness training. He has extensive knowledge of the human body and personal fitness, and a passion for helping people live a healthier, happier life.

Michael specializes in weight loss, lean muscle mass and strength gain, sports specific, special population, and overall health and fitness training. He has extensive knowledge of the human body and personal fitness, and a passion for helping people live a healthier, happier life. He has experience working with a variety of individuals from elite athletes to first-time gym members.

Michael holds a Bachelors in exercise science and is a Crossfit Level 1 Trainer. He’s committed to helping clients achieve their goals both inside and outside the gym. Using his background in exercise physiology, nutrition and sports medicine, Michael implements both physical exertion and personal nutritional coaching into his programs.

Michael delivers attentive, personalized, and detailed training sessions, specific to each client’s goal. He grew up a three-sport athlete playing soccer and basketball, as well as running track. In his leisure time he enjoys being outdoors playing a variety of sports and staying active.
