The health benefits of Pilates include improved flexibility and increased muscle strength and tone. Pilates also enhances muscular control of your back and limbs by targeting your abdominal muscles, lower back, hips and buttocks - the 'core muscles' of your body.

Pilates can be functional, therapeutic, or designed to train an elite athlete. It can improve your performance in sports such as golf, running, or rowing. Pilates can help with pain through rehabilitative exercises. This is a fun fitness activity that will compliment any other workout you do.

When I’m not working, you will find me outdoors, running, biking, hiking, kayaking, and doing just about any other outdoor activity. I love Pilates for its capacity to help people training for basic functioning or accelerating elite athletes to perform optimally. I also enjoy playing piano and listening to live music.
