FUSION STRENGTH workout days build strength and muscle. Isolating two to three major muscle groups each week, we take our time and focus on maximizing your efforts while building a strong foundation.
Strength is essential for every individual and increases longevity, mobility, power and muscular capacity. Not only is strength essential for muscles, it also keeps our joints functioning and stable as well as increase body density which is vital as we age. Our strength days will make everything else you do in life easier and more efficient because of its muscle building designs.
These workouts focus on your major muscle groups (legs, back, chest, core) while adding in synergistic muscles (arms, shoulders) to assist with the movements. We target a new group and movement each week to ensure full body strength.
