BACKGROUND: Sandra has always been a very active person. First she played softball, then she participated in Track, then Volleyball, then long distance running and then yoga in 2004. The more yoga she practiced yoga, the better she felt so yoga simply just became a huge part of her life.

In the Fall of 2013 she decided to take a power vinyasa yoga teacher training and it changed her life. She is so happy to be able to guide other yogis through this beautiful practice of yoga. So far in Sandra's yoga journey she has experienced Bikram, Lyengar, Vinyasa, and Kundalini.

INTERESTS: In her spare time she loves to create art, listen to music, dance, play with her cats, spend time with friends, bike, be outdoors and pretty much anything that's funny/light hearted.
