Our nationally certified training staff can assist you with weight loss, improving body composition, increasing your performance in a sport, or rehabilitation from an injury.

We also offer specialized fitness analysis services to help you determine your current fitness and body composition level.  Personal Training can be done one-on-one and at a time and day convenient to your schedule and needs.  Already have a workout partner?  Semi private sessions allow you the same personalized attention with a trainer, but at a lower price point and with the added bonus of working out with a friend.

Our trainers are on a four level system based on education and experience; rates vary depending on the trainer level, length of session, and number of sessions you purchase.  Sessions are 50 or 30 minutes.
