Calling all Members!
We're kicking off 2018 with a club-wide seven week Step Challenge!
Did you know that you need to take 10,000 steps a day just to maintain your health? And if you're looking to lose weight, you need to take 12,000-15,000 steps a day. It may seem a bit overwhelming at first but you can do it! The wonderful thing about walking is you can do it anywhere - at work, at home, running errands, or traveling.
So, dust off your Fitbit, familiarize yourself with your phone's step tracker and let's do this!
To keep things exciting, in addition to competing against
one another, there will be weekly prizes. Oh, we almost
forgot to mention - the winner will receive a customized
t-shirt, a $50 gift card that can be used at any of our
properties, and unlimited bragging rights.
