CLASS: Total Body Conditioning
BACKGROUND Linda began her career in Health and Fitness 35 years ago, when aerobics and aerobic fitness was a new concept. Health and fitness has been an important part of her life and something she's continued while working full time in both the corporate and non-profit arenas. Her experience includes group fitness instruction and program management and Linda is pleased to be returning to teaching after a one year hiatus, during which time she and her spouse lived in Alicante, Spain.
Linda is experienced in multiple formats including Step, Floor Cardio, Strength, Circuit, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Tabata, Core Conditioning and Flexibility, BodyPump, Spinning and Yoga.
CERTIFICATIONS: Currently National Exercise Trainers Association (NETA) certified with additional trainings and certification in Yoga, BodyPump, Drums Alive, Step, Kettlebell, Spinning and CPR/AED.
Outside of teaching Linda enjoys travel, theater and dance and, most of all, baking.
