CLASS: Zumba, Barre
BACKGROUND: Jill has always loved to dance and keep moving. She has struggled with her weight since high school but in 2011 she decided she needed to get into shape and not let life take over. She started doing Zumba and it changed her life and her love for working out. She promised herself once she had lost 50 pounds she would become Certified Zumba Instructor to make a difference in other peoples lives as her instructors have. No matter your size, shape, gender, or age if you like the let the music take you away, come and try Zumba and I promise you will keep coming back feeling energized and ready to take the world by storm.
Jill also decided to become certified in Barre and has loved every minute of it. The changes she has seen in her body and the strength she is gaining, has her telling anyone and everyone that they need to take Barre.
