BACKGROUND: Jason started his fitness career in January 2007 as a Group Fitness Instructor and then accepted a position with the YMCA as Group Fitness Manager in October 2007. Group fitness allows him to exercise (no pun intended!) his passion for activity while also inspiring, motivating, and guiding others to do the same.
INTERESTS: Outside of fitness he enjoys Theatre, Karaoke, dancing, traveling, hiking, and music.
