It’s a lifestyle. I love helping people achieve their fitness goals and live an all-around healthy lifestyle. I enjoy working with all levels of fitness, young and old alike. I am passionate about helping those are new to Pilates, fitness in general, seniors, and rehabilitating injuries.
When I’m not working, you will find me outdoors, running, biking, hiking, kayaking, and doing just about any other outdoor activity. I love Pilates for its capacity to help people training for basic functioning or accelerating elite athletes to perform optimally. I also enjoy playing piano and listening to live music.
