CLASS: Vinyasa Yoga
BACKGROUND: Cara began practicing yoga several years ago after too many monotonous hours on the treadmill had left her body feeling stiff and achy. She was especially drawn to yoga because of its ability to hone not only the physical body, but mental and emotional discipline as well. She received her 200 RYT training in the spring of 2012 and her Nutrition Coaching Certificate the following summer. Cara’s main goal for her students is that they leave class feeling they’ve been challenged, centered, and revitalized.
When she isn’t practicing yoga, Cara teaches art lessons. She also loves testing out new recipes in the kitchen, gardening, and exploring the Twin Cities with the loves of her life. She can’t wait to see you on your mat!
