Specialty Classes mean personalized attention in an energetic, motivating and supportive environment. You get the attention of one of our highly qualified Personal Trainers in a group with a limited number of participants to ensure maxim effectiveness, efficiency and support without judgment.

It's like having your own premium personal trainer-with the added camaraderie of a few friendly fellow SPAC members.
