Pilates Personal Training

Pilates is a great way to achieve optimal strength, tone, flexibility and endurance without adding bulk.  Pilates works to restore the natural function of the spine, joints, and balances muscles.  Pilates is the perfect approach to training whetheryou are an elite athlete or rehabbing an injury. Pilates can be done in a group mat class (included in your membership), in a small group of four or five people, or privately one-on-one.  

Pilates Reformer Classes

The next Pilates Reformer class is scheduled for February 6th at 10:30am.

The Reformer is the main piece of equipment used in Pilates training.  The reformer uses spring resistance and is an extremely versatile piece of equipment.  Unlike more traditional strength training equipment, there are hundreds of exercise variations that can be done on the reformer allowing for three dimensional movement and conditioning.  Reformer classes are done in a series of eight weeks so that participants can progress together.

  • 4 person minimum, 5 person maximum

Registration is required at least 48 hours prior to the start of class. There are no make up sessions except in the case of holiday club closing.
